Senior Financial Analyst - Global Supply Chain Finance Center of Excellence (CoE)

 

The Senior Analyst, Global Supply Chain Finance Center of Excellence (CoE), plays a key role in supporting the Global Supply Chain Finance organization through standardized reporting, planning support, process harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position partners closely with Plant Controllers, Global Supply Chain Finance Business Partners, FP&A, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical support. The role also contributes to the development and implementation of best practices, system enhancements, automation opportunities, and AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-making across the global organization. The ideal candidate combines strong finance and supply chain expertise with an analytical mindset, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.

 

How You'll Make an Impact:

 

Financial Reporting, Forecasting & Budgeting

  • Support monthly close, forecast, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes for assigned areas within the Global Supply Chain organization.
  • Prepare and maintain standardized monthly, forecast, and budget reports to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of financial information and reporting packages.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis related to manufacturing, inventory, procurement, logistics, and supply chain activities.

Business Partner Support

  • Collaborate with Plant Controllers and GSC Finance Business Partners to support operational and financial performance management.
  • Provide analytical support for cost management, inventory management, manufacturing variances and supply chain initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner by delivering reliable data

Process Improvement & Harmonization

  • Act as a key contributor to global standardization and harmonization initiatives across reporting, forecasting, budgeting, costing, and other core finance processes.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement opportunities using Lean and best-practice methodologies.
  • Support the design, testing, validation, and implementation of improved finance processes and system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.

Digitalization, Automation & AI

  • Support the development and deployment of automation initiatives that improve productivity, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of finance reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Promote data integrity, process consistency, and control compliance across all assigned activities.

 

What You'll Bring:

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting, FP&A, or Controlling.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes within a manufacturing and/or global supply chain environment.
  • Proven experience working in global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business performance management processes.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SAP, including finance and supply chain-related modules.
  • Experience with Enterprise Planning & Budgeting (EPB/EPM) tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, financial modeling, and large-data analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting and visualization tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, standard costing, inventory accounting, and operational performance metrics.
