Hitachi Energy is recruiting a Integrity Service Analyst. In this capacity, you will be part of our Legal Operations Team, actively supporting the Global Legal & Integrity Team. As an organizational talent, you will interact with Legal and integrity officers across the globe and support in handling documents and assisting in compliance cases. You will also support the Office of Special Investigations, contributing to interviews, note taking, and integrity and compliance training.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers in the preparation of documents and other legal administrative tasks.
- Support the Integrity functions with review of documents, audits and investigations of expenses and gifts provided.
- Support the Office of Special Investigations by: a)Coordinating and participating in interviews related to integrity and compliance cases b) Taking detailed notes during interviews and preparing accurate statements.
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of integrity and compliance training sessions.
- Maintaining confidential records and documentation related to investigations.
- Liaising with legal and integrity officers globally to ensure best practices in investigations and compliance.
Your Background:
- LL.B. or any equivalent degree from a recognized university with experience in handling compliance and integrity matters.
- Minimum one years’ experience in a related work area.
- Experience with tools like Compliance desktop, or any other integrity or compliance tools are preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft O365, especially MS Lists, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage time-sensitive documents, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
