What Division will I be working in?
Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations all across the UK and Ireland. Join our team and be one of the people driving our growth.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Use your expertise to carry out panel repairs that meet or exceed Enterprise Flex-E-Rent’s standards. Your craftsmanship keeps our fleet looking its best!
- Carry out repairs in line with Thatcham methods and comply with all relevant risk assessments, SSOW, COSHH, and manual handling procedures.
- Stay up to date with training to meet BSI standards - we’ll support your growth every step of the way.
- Complete all job-related paperwork accurately and on time - your attention to detail helps keep everything running smoothly.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- A recognised vehicle body repair qualification and at least three years’ post-apprenticeship experience
- A Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence
- Show a passion for personal growth and a genuine enthusiasm for learning new skills, including taking part in both in-house and external training opportunities
