Kenworth Sales Co. is looking for a District Inventory Analyst to join our Pasco, WA team.
Salary Minimum and Maximum: $30-$35 Depending on experience.

Job Summary:
The primary function of the District Inventory Analyst is to assist in the day-to-day inventory management and coordination of parts inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for placing all daily stock orders and back orders for the assigned district locations.
- Monitor and manage interbranch transfers, excess inventory, and vendor return authorizations.
- Assist the Corporate Inventory Manager with bulk purchasing and planning to ensure proper stocking levels.
- Track and manage inventory integrity though the performance of tracked cycle counts at each branch and complete the proper inventory adjustments.
- Help create and maintaining inventory standard operating procedures.
- Maintain good communications with team members and managers to minimize mistakes and maximize teamwork throughout all Kenworth Sales locations.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and information. High school diploma or the equivalent. Two years of inventory experience with the ability to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment. Must be organized, self-motivated, task and detail-oriented while being flexible to new ideas
Working Conditions:
This position could involve both sedentary and other work. Employee could be asked to work at a desk doing paperwork, telephoning, filing, and ten-key. Or the employee could be asked to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach, moving about the dealership facility to communicate with managers, employees, and customers. Lifting at least 35lbs without assistance on a daily basis, as well as heavier loads with forklifts and/or additional assistance could be required. Possibility of exposure to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and nonhazardous materials.
