TFS currently has an exciting 12-month contract opportunity as a Bilingual Remarketing Specialist, reporting to the Manager of Remarketing.  This role will reside in our Markham Head Office.

What you will be doing:

·         Manage Remarketing lists and follow up for the return of leased vehicles past their scheduled maturity date

·         Collection of outstanding and/or excess charges (ie invoicing of additional charges for excess kilometers, excess wear and tear, missing equipment, payments, miscellaneous fees)

·         Answer incoming calls, process paperwork, extension of lease contracts, Dealer Condition Reports etc

·         Resolve outstanding issues with dealers/customers at lease end (payouts, invoices, security deposit etc), processing daily reports

·         Preparing vehicles for auction for disposal in a timely manner

What you bring:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to connect with dealerships and customers
• Team oriented, flexible and proactive
• Prior inbound and outbound call center experience is an asset

Hourly Rate: $27.50/hour
