Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Analyst (3+ years experience) to join our GCC Enterprise Integrations India team. This role offers the opportunity to own core integrations using MuleSoft while
actively designing and supporting hybrid cloud architectures using AWS services and automated CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Functional Analysis & Collaborative Data Mapping

• Data Mapping: Create Source-to-Target Data Mapping (STM) documents, capturing business rules and schema logic.

• Technical Translation: Convert architectural designs into actionable technical requirements and flow diagrams.

• Data Transformation: Develop DataWeave 2.0 scripts to transform complex data types (JSON, XML, CSV, etc.) across retail and cloud applications.

2. API Development & Hybrid Cloud Integration (CloudHub 2.0 & AWS)

• API Connectivity: Build and maintain integration flows across Experience, Process, and System layers on CloudHub 2.0.

• AWS Integration: Configure and manage native AWS integrations using the MuleSoft AWS Connector suite (e.g., interacting with S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB).

• Messaging & Event Streaming: Configure asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures via ActiveMQ, AWS SQS, and AWS SNS.

• Database: Manage integration records within PostgreSQL and AWS Aurora/RDS using optimized JDBC connections.

• Security: Establish secure pathways using SFTP, HTTPS, and SOAP/REST with required certificates, IAM roles, and AWS security groups.

3. Fault-Tolerance & Reliability Optimization

• Reliability: Implement robust 3-tier retry logic and data preservation mechanics to handle network disruptions.

• Resiliency: Utilize Circuit Breaker patterns and cloud-native dead-letter queues (DLQs) to isolate dependencies and prevent cascading system failures.

4. Agile Execution & Development Support

• SDLC: Execute Jira tasks through development, unit testing, and validation phases.

• Observability: Standardize event tracing and error diagnostics using corporate logging utilities, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch.

• QA Collaboration: Provide active developer support to QA teams, diagnosing issues uncovered during validation to facilitate smooth functional signoffs.

5. DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure

• CI/CD: Utilize CI/CD methodologies to support automated deployment infrastructure, shifting configurations toward Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles where applicable.

6. Governance, Release Awareness & Hypercare

• Governance: Participate in code reviews and package builds for automated promotion via CircleCI, Git, and AWS deployment pipelines.

• Hypercare: Provide post-release technical support, monitoring system alerts, CloudHub vCores, and payload reliability.

7. Technical Knowledge Management

• Documentation: Author organized runbooks, AWS infrastructure diagrams, and interface summaries in Confluence.

Technical Environment

• Architecture: API-Led Connectivity (Experience, Process/Integration, and System API layers)

• Deployment Environment: CloudHub 2.0 (CH2) & Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Messaging & Persistence: ActiveMQ (AMQ), AWS SQS, AWS SNS, MuleSoft Object Store (OS), PostgreSQL (AWS RDS)

• Streaming & Event Brokerage: Enterprise Event Streams (Kafka), AWS Kinesis

• Protocols & Cloud Connectivity: REST, SOAP, SFTP, HTTP/S, JDBC, AWS IAM, Secure File Transfer Protocols, VPC Peering, and Transit Gateways

• Ecosystem: Diverse Enterprise Applications (Salesforce, IIB, ERP systems, and Snowflake/AWS S3 Data Lakes)

• Security & Identity Management: Okta, AWS IAM, Internal Authorization (Client ID/Secret, OAuth 2.0 policies)

• CI/CD & Governance: CircleCI, Git, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch

• Methodology: Jira, Confluence

Qualifications
Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 3-5 years of clear professional experience working in enterprise application integration (EAI), data analysis, and cloud-hybrid environments.

• Certification: MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) and/or AWS Certified CloudPractitioner / SysOps Administrator is highly preferred.

Core Technical Skills

• Proven experience developing integration endpoints using Mule 4.x and DataWeave 2.0

• Hands-on experience working with AWS services (specifically S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, and IAM)

• Familiarity with messaging and storage mechanisms like ActiveMQ, Object Store, and PostgreSQL

• Exposure to modern cloud runtimes, specifically CloudHub 2.0 (CH2)

• Practical understanding of data streaming mechanisms (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis) and handling highly secure connection frameworks (Certificates, Firewalls, VPCs)

• Familiarity with tracking tools like Splunk/CloudWatch and source management tools like Git

Agile & Growth Mindset

• Strong desire to continuously optimize hybrid integration landscapes utilizing AWS and advanced DevOps automation

• Comfortable operating within Agile structures utilizing Jira and Confluence, with a strong understanding of change management and release procedures

AI & Future-Readiness

• Foundational knowledge or exposure to AI / LLM integration patterns to help modernize workflows.
