Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will be responsible for cycle counting products/supplies/ and materials.
• Assists with day-to-day operations of the department as directed by the operations manager or program coordinator; works with teams daily.
• Identifies errors in product/supply counts and brings them to the attention of management.
• Monitors and supports management of the pharmacy inventory.
• Maintain active inventory with restocking locations and keeping labeling ahead of schedule.
• Operate Forklift and any other power equipment safely.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience Using Excel.
• Requires the ability to read spreadsheets, count accurately, attention to detail and ability to realize when errors have been made.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• Forklift experience and/or willing to become Forklift certified required.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Follows written and verbal instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to consistently demonstrate productive work ethic and meet or exceed deadlines.
• Interacts equally well with all associates utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to operate a standing forklift.
• Customer/Client email communication.
• Strong counting skills.
• Ability to stand in place for long periods of time.

• Visual requirement is for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to deal with stressful situations as they arise.
