You will serve as a key technical resource, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

As a Field Specialist III - ALS, you will be responsible for:

• Executing field operations in accordance with company procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Applying advanced functional and technical expertise to support assigned product lines and customer operations.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure reliable operational performance.
• Providing technical guidance and support to field personnel when required.
• Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business and operational objectives.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting of field activities and service outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety procedures.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

 

To be Successful in this Role You Will:

• Have a Two-Year Technical Degree (preferred).
• Have relevant industry experience and product line training.
• Possess excellent functional and technical skills.
• Demonstrate a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be an effective team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in field environments.
• Be committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

 

Work in a Way That Works for You

This role may require flexibility to work in varying field locations and adapt to operational and customer requirements.

Work Schedule: Monday-Sunday 3 weeks on 2 weeks off (24/7 Support) 16 hrs a day in a field
