Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive New Business Associate to join our dynamic team. The associate will be responsible for efficiently processing new client applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing new client applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Verifying supporting documentation, such as identification, financial statements, and legal agreements.
• Inputting applicant information into the company's portal accurately and efficiently.
• Communicating with advisors to clarify information, request additional documents, or provide updates on application status.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including financial advisors, compliance officers, and client services representatives, to facilitate the application process.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies throughout the application processing cycle.
• Maintaining accurate records of application status, correspondence, and decisions made.
• Providing exceptional customer service to advisors by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in processing, financial services, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document verification.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with investment management software preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to investment processing is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Previous experience in the technology, software, or professional services industries preferred.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as consultative selling, solution selling, or challenger sales preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex sales cycles preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements preferred.

Salary:

• Salary: $68,000
• Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training
