How you will make an impact

• Lead Performance Advisory team and own the Performance Advisory Services P&L including revenue recognition and all client deliverables
• Support sales, marketing, contracting, and pricing initiatives to drive growth in Performance Advisory Services
• Drive innovation for new and existing consulting services to expand and differentiate Performance Advisory Services in the market to enable growth of 5%+ annually
• Identify, collaborate, and determine appropriateness, timing, and roadmap priorities for technology to support delivery of Performance Advisory Services
• Establish a culture of continuous learning and improvement that develops Performance Advisor capabilities, strengthens coaching excellence, and increases organizational effectiveness
• Participating in corporate programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with professional, quality, and security standards, as well as corporate policies and procedures, while upholding Solventum’s values and code of conduct.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 10 years of combined experience in healthcare consulting services focused on revenue cycle management, clinical document improvement or denials management

OR

• High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 14 years of combined experience in healthcare consulting services focused on revenue cycle management, clinical document improvement or denials management
  

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Seven (7) years of people leadership experience managing distributed teams
• Five (5) years of combined direct P&L responsibility healthcare consulting services focused on revenue cycle management, clinical document improvement or denials management

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree in Health Information Management, Health Administration, Public Health, or Healthcare Data Analytics from an accredited institution
• Five (5+) years of combined experience working with healthcare providers, health systems, health plans, or payer organizations in revenue cycle management, clinical documentation integrity, coding, reimbursement, denials management, or healthcare analytics
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving large-scale transformation initiatives > $1M that improve revenue capture accuracy, enhance financial performance, and improve quality reporting
• Proven history of managing data analytics and fielding client questions associated with revenue projection, return on investment, benchmarking/norm setting
• Current or prior RN, RHIA, or RHIT credential, or equivalent healthcare clinical, coding, documentation integrity, or health information management experience
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, analytical and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $163,200 - $224,400, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
