This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property to help deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other policy violations.
• Document incidents, patrol observations, and maintenance-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
