General Summary:

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Python development, version control systems, Linux environments, and software change management processes, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions using Python.
• Manage and support software development workflows using Git and GitHub.
• Drive and support change check-in, code review, and integration processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Develop and maintain Linux shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and ensure smooth software integration and release activities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to drive timely resolution of issues and deliverables.
• Adapt to flexible work schedules as required to support global teams and critical project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Python programming and automation development.
• Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, branching strategies, pull requests, and code review processes.
• Good understanding of software change management, code check-in workflows, and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems, shell scripting, and command-line tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Flexible working hours to support critical business and project requirements, milestones.

Added advantage If they possess these skills:

• Experience with AI-driven automation and Agentic AI workflows.
• Knowledge of AI agents, workflow orchestration frameworks, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, release management, and software integration environments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Qualification: Bachelor of engineering. E&C preferred.

Skills / Attributes Require

\- Should possess strong knowledge in GPON/networking/WLAN and manual testing of networking products

\- Must have good experience in testing ONT/OLT Products

\- Must have good experience in testing of layer-2 to layer 7 protocols

\- Posses high Debugging capability

\- Must be capable of analyzing new feature, creating test plans, and adding new test cases
