We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Worker at our facility in Preston, Idaho. This position reports directly to the Production Manager.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $21.55 per hour
Overtime: May be required

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the safe and efficient handling of materials throughout the facility. This includes loading, unloading, packaging, labeling, inventory control, and transporting materials and finished products. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the plant and storage yard using forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Maintain inventory control by issuing materials, returning unused inventory, and managing regrind materials
- Package and label products accurately for shipment
- Prepare custom packaging for specialized products when required
- Dismantle and reassemble storage crates and containers as needed
- Report damaged products and complete all required documentation
- Complete shipping and inventory paperwork accurately
- Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections on forklifts and mobile equipment
- Communicate effectively with production teams, drivers, couriers, and other departments
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Required:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Ability to use hand tools, saws, and strapping equipment
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials throughout the workday
Preferred:
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Knowledge of fittings such as tees, wyes, reducers, flanges, and couplings
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed primarily in a manufacturing facility and outdoor storage yard
- Regular exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions
- Exposure to dust, noise, and operating machinery
- Physical work including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials
- Moderate sensory attention and ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
