As a Solutions Architect, you'll work at the intersection of technical sales, computer vision, enterprise software, and customer implementation.
You'll partner directly with Account Executives and enterprise customers to understand complex technical problems, scope solutions, build proof-of-concepts, demonstrate the platform, and help customers move from initial discovery to production deployment.
This is an opportunity for a technically strong, customer-facing engineer who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working directly with enterprise customers, and translating complex AI technologies into practical business solutions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives throughout enterprise sales cycles
- Lead technical discovery conversations with enterprise customers
- Understand customer workflows, technical environments, and business requirements
- Identify and scope computer vision use cases across complex physical environments
- Visit customer sites to understand cameras, lighting, edge hardware, and environmental constraints
- Translate customer problems into technically feasible AI and computer vision solutions
- Evaluate technical feasibility of potential deployments
- Build proof-of-concepts using customer data
- Develop quick models and prototypes to demonstrate technical value
- Run technical demonstrations for enterprise customers
- Explain computer vision concepts to ML, data science, engineering, and technical teams
- Discuss model training, hyperparameters, deployment, and performance tradeoffs
- Work with customers on technical architecture and deployment strategies
- Help customers evaluate cloud and edge deployment options
- Scope integrations with customer infrastructure and existing systems
- Author statements of work and technical delivery requirements
- Define project scope, technical requirements, and implementation expectations
- Partner with delivery and implementation teams during customer handoff
- Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and prioritize technical work
- Support enterprise proof-of-concepts through successful completion
- Build solutions that go beyond standard platform capabilities when required
- Troubleshoot technical challenges during customer engagements
- Communicate technical risks, requirements, and tradeoffs clearly
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback
- Help shape technical go-to-market strategies and customer solution patterns
- Operate independently across multiple customer opportunities
- Travel to customer locations approximately 40% of the time
- Work directly with enterprise customers across complex industrial and commercial environments

Experience Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales
- Experience partnering with Account Executives on enterprise sales opportunities
- Experience supporting technical discovery, demos, scoping, and proof-of-concepts
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience building technical prototypes or proof-of-concepts
