The Rhoze Retail Sales Associate is a frontline ambassador of the Rhoze Luxury Retail Boutique at The Madison Club — responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized member experience while supporting the daily operations of the boutique. This role works in close partnership with the Rhoze Manager to maintain impeccable floor presentation, drive sales, and uphold the standard of thoughtful hospitality that defines the Madison Club experience.

Key Responsibilities

Member Experience & Boutique Operations:

  • Build genuine, lasting relationships with members and their families; develop product knowledge and brand expertise to deliver confident styling advice and proactive, personalized service.

  • Partner with the Rhoze Manager to monitor sell-through, support floor rotations and receipt flow, and actively contribute to monthly revenue goals through attentive floor coverage and member engagement.

  • Process all POS transactions accurately, including markdowns and employee purchases, in strict accordance with DLC retail procedures and standards.

  • Uphold premium packaging standards and incorporate personalized touches — gift-wrapping, handwritten notes, and special presentations that reflect the thoughtful hospitality of the Madison Club.

Inventory Control:

  • Support the Rhoze Manager with physical inventory counts, receiving, and ticketing; ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

  • Actively monitor and manage inventory shrink across retail and club merchandise.

  • Monitor bestsellers and core stock regularly; communicate fill-in needs and sell-through observations to the Rhoze Manager.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Rhoze Manager and General Manager with special member requests, styling consultations, and VIP gift experiences.

  • Maintain par levels for all boutique essentials — tagging supplies, tissue, boxes, and packaging — ensuring the floor is always fully stocked and presentation-ready.

  • Adhere to and reinforce clear protocols for employee purchases in accordance with DLC policy.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of retail experience, ideally in a luxury boutique, resort, or hospitality environment.

  • Genuine familiarity with luxury boutiques or specialty retail, with an appreciation for the standards and discretion required in a private club setting.

  • Competency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.

  • Polished, professional presence with the warmth and interpersonal ease to engage authentically with an ultra-high-net-worth membership.

Additional Requirements

  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.

Benefits

  • Competitive Pay
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits
  • 401k Contribution
  • Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
  • Employee Meals, Referral Incentives, and Recognition Programs
  • Professional development and upward mobility opportunities
  • Work-Family Culture
