Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Cyber Security

& Functional Safety Manager, you will play a key role in our Automotive

R&D team by being responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with

cybersecurity and safety processes throughout the product lifecycle, from

concept and design through production and post-market support. This role is

strongly aligned with ISO/SAE 21434 Automotive Cybersecurity Engineering and

UNECE R155 Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS); Functional-Safety standards

ISO 26262, and EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA EU). Act as the go-to expert for Cyber Security

(CS) & Functional Safety (FS) Management matters, coordinating towards secure solutions, driving audit proof assessments, and influencing cutting-edge architectural decisions to protect and future-proof critical systems Ensure functional safety and

cybersecurity compliance  according to ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and CRA EU for products throughout the lifecycle Guide projects towards

conformity  with CS and FS standards, review project plans and development deliverables  to

ensure alignment with internal requirements and applicable standards and

approve the final compliance status Drive the preparation of product audits and assessments Collaborate with international

project teams  including Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management and other relevant stakeholders Continuously  improve and simplify

internal processes according to the related standards Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You are

equipped with strong moderation and communication skills that enable seamless

collaboration with cross-functional teams. With a self-driven, entrepreneurial

mindset and cross-functional leadership abilities, you can independently drive

topics to resolution and communicate outcomes clearly within the community.

You’re eager to build long-lasting relationships within the organization's

cybersecurity and functional-safety management network. University Degree in  Electrical Engineering ,  Physics, or in a related field Professional experience in functional

safety and cybersecurity according to ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 Knowledge of CRA EU represents an advantage Experience in  automotive  (or other highly

regulated automotive industries)  product development and maintenance , combined with a  semiconductor  hardware or firmware background Systematic approach  to analyzing

product safety, security, and managing risks Good knowledge of related standards to develop compliant products and quality management

methods Fluency  in English Please
