Overview
Managing the control aspect during the implementation of new systems or projects involves coordinating several critical activities to ensure seamless execution. This includes managing monthly field closing activities for Distribution Centers (DCs) and supporting bad debt and legal status reviews. Day-to-day financial operations at assigned DCs are overseen while collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure operational excellence, including sales go-to-market strategies. Additionally, the role supports supply chain I2C activities and ensures control over 3PL, 2PL, hyper DCs, stockiest, and distributors. Regular market visits, AR aging reviews, and the evaluation of CCPFs requests help maintain healthy sales and effective financial performance, while dashboards and KPI reviews provide key insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

- Preferable MBA/CPA/CIMA/CA/ACCA / Equivalent
- 3-4 years of FMCG experience in related field
