About the role:
Trade Team Leaders demonstrate emerging or developed leadership skills. In this role you will draw on your mechanical & auto parts knowledge, providing front-line technical support, product advice & assistance to Repco customers in relation to technical & sales enquiries.
Other requirements:
Have a safety mindset & always strive to provide the safest work environment
Lead a team of Drivers & Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching & development
Coordinate Driver delivery schedules
Provide exceptional customer service
Sound computer skills
Be a team player, working collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
Availability to work alternating weekends
Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock. (This is a hands‑on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
