  • Partner with Origination, Mergers & Acquisitions, Trading, and Development teams to create innovative commercial solutions for utilities, hyperscalers, data centers, and other large energy consumers.

  • Work alongside the ETRM team to support the implementation of approved commercial structures, valuation methodologies, and associated workflows across systems and analytical tools.

  • Partner with Risk Management teams to support model validation, risk assessment, governance, and decision-making processes.

  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and automation of analytical models, workflows, and recurring reporting processes.

  • Support the development of scalable analytical capabilities that improve efficiency and commercial insight across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Physical Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Experience in energy transaction valuation, commercial analysis, quantitative modeling, structured products, trading, asset management, portfolio management, or related areas.

  • Knowledge of wholesale power markets, energy market fundamentals, pricing dynamics, or renewable energy economics.

  • Experience developing analytical or production-level models using one or more tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, VBA, or similar technologies.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) in a relevant field.

  • Exposure to U.S. wholesale power markets such as ERCOT, CAISO, PJM, NYISO, MISO, or similar energy markets.

  • Experience working with renewable energy projects, energy storage, structured transactions, risk management, or trading organizations.

  • Familiarity with automation, advanced analytics, data visualization, or commercial optimization tools.
