Description
Duties:
Design, configure, implement and manage a fully automated workflow for provisioning and maintaining a complex, highly available cloud environment using infrastructure as code. Develop and maintain a library of deployable, tested, and documented automation design scripts, processes, and procedures. Enable DevOps development activities and complex development tasks that will involve working with tools such as Docker, Kafka and container management systems. Provide advanced system administration, operational support and problem resolution for a large complex cloud computing environment. Implement production changes during defined maintenance windows and support on call rotation. Perform cloud computing and virtual environment build-outs, software installation, maintenance and support. Write and maintain documentation of relevant operating procedures and processes. Design, develop, and build the business’s cloud infrastructure architecture. Encrypt data using AWS KMS keys to secure data stored in S3, RDS, EFS and EBS. Infrastructure developer in AWS cloud platform using IAC tool Terraform, to build VPC and network infrastructure. Configure and integrate Jenkins pipeline for Terraform automation and Ansible automation and enable build triggers to apply changes to AWS platform. Maintain Terraform and Ansible code in GitHub repositories and create and manage repositories for AWS environments including development, test, prodparallel, and production accounts. Provide technical guidance within the team and, when called upon, serve as a technical liaison between internal departments. This will involve utilizing best practices for the management, architecture, configuration, DR, administration, and automation of the enterprise server virtualization environment with cloud technologies. - The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
