- $70 - $80 per hour + Super
- 12-Month Contract – Hybrid Flexibility

Norwest Recruitment is partnering with a government organisation based in Macquarie Park to appoint a Research & Insights Coordinator on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
This is a unique opportunity for a research, market insights, customer experience or data-driven professional to play a key role in understanding community and customer sentiment and translating research into meaningful insights that support better decision-making across the organisation.
The Role
- Leading and supporting strategic research projects from survey design and data collection, through to analysis, insights, and reporting.
- Supporting community engagement initiatives through the design, delivery, and analysis of community feedback mechanisms.
- Supporting the development and ongoing delivery of the customer experience research program, including reviewing existing methodologies and identifying meaningful metrics.
- Designing and analysing customer satisfaction, community perception and feedback surveys.
- Working closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide advice on appropriate research methodologies, survey questions and feedback mechanisms.
- Analysing research and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translating complex research findings and data into clear concise reports that support informed decision-making.
About you
- The ability to independently conduct research, work with data, identify meaningful insights and communicate your findings in a way that helps stakeholders make decisions.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Sciences, Market Research, or relevant experience.
- Strong experience in survey design, customer satisfaction research, market research or community perception research.
- Demonstrated experience analysing data and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Experience developing or working with business performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information simply and concisely.
- Experience managing research projects from conception through to delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to provide advice across different areas of an organisation.
- Experience with Power BI or other advanced data visualisation/analytics tools would be highly regarded, although it is not currently a core requirement.
