Description
As a Transaction & Regulatory Expert, you are a key partner to Relationship Managers and Product Specialists throughout the client onboarding journey.
You help deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new and existing Wholesale Banking clients by coordinating all onboarding activities and ensuring efficient collaboration between clients and internal stakeholders. Acting as the central point of coordination, you support commercial teams in bringing clients on board smoothly and efficiently while ensuring that all onboarding requirements are fulfilled.
You build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders and play a key role in enhancing client experience, reducing onboarding lead times and supporting business growth.
You will work in a dynamic international environment and collaborate with teams across Wholesale Banking, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Product and Service departments.
Your key responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers and Product Specialists throughout the onboarding and client lifecycle process.
- Act as the main coordination point for client onboarding activities and ensure timely progression of onboarding requests.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey from a Front Office perspective, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient onboarding and issue resolution.
- Coordinate information gathering and documentation requests between clients and ING teams.
- Proactively monitor onboarding progress, identify bottlenecks and drive actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate collaboration between Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Product and Service teams.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects supporting the growth of Wholesale Banking activities.
You also bring
- Master's Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Management
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client onboarding, client servicing, relationship management support or Wholesale Banking (Corporate & Institutional Banking).
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A client-centric mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of client lifecycle management and onboarding processes.
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory framework and fund industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
