To continue this success, we are hiring aCybersecurity Forensics Associate Specialist. This is a technical role focused on driving forensics practices, conducting advanced forensics investigations and mentoring junior staff in analysis best practices. This role involves deep technical expertise in handling sophisticated threats, performing detailed analyses, and driving continuous improvement in forensic capabilities. The individual will work closely with the incident response team, providing expert-level guidance, ensuring consistency in investigations, and enhancing the organization’s forensic readiness.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the forensic SME, leading complex security investigations and providing expert support to Incident Response teams.
- Conduct advanced digital forensics, malware analysis, and threat hunting to identify root causes and strengthen security controls.
- Develop, implement, and optimize forensic methodologies, tools, automation, and quality standards to enhance investigative capabilities.
- Collaborate across teams, deliver forensic findings to stakeholders, and act as the primary contact for investigative support services.
- Mentor and train team members, support incident response operations, and participate in off-hours escalations as required.
Qualifications
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in digital forensics, incident response, and advanced threat analysis, supported by a degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
- Industry-recognized digital forensics certifications (GCFA, GCFE, EnCE, MCFE, CFCE, or equivalent) with deep expertise in forensic tools, malware analysis, memory forensics, and network investigations.
- Strong experience leading complex forensic investigations, managing forensic programs end-to-end, and delivering high-quality technical reports and stakeholder presentations.
- Proficient in security technologies including SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and DLP, with the ability to integrate them into effective forensic and incident response workflows.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to perform in high-pressure environments and drive continuous security improvements.
