What this job involves:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our LATAM PDS team, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering financial clarity and strategic insights across the region. In this position, you'll prepare comprehensive financial reports, conduct in-depth variance analysis, and support critical budgeting and forecasting processes that drive business decisions. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all deliverables

• Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and providing explanatory commentary to leadership

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes by gathering information from business units, validating assumptions, and consolidating financial plans

• Assist in month-end close activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

• Analyze profitability by service line or project, identifying areas for margin improvement and cost optimization

• Act as a financial business partner to PDS leadership and regional stakeholders, building strong relationships and delivering insights that drive decision-making

• Partner with Controllership and Finance Operations teams to support balance sheet reconciliations, revenue accuracy, and pipeline reporting

• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role

• High degree of proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial metrics

• Excellent attention to detail with commitment to accuracy in all work products

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences

• Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency

Preferred qualifications:

• Portuguese language proficiency

• Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Oracle systems

• Experience with Power BI

• Demonstrated ability to develop efficient processes, including automation and simplification, while preserving data integrity
