Marketing Coordinator | Israel · ₪55–60/hour
About the Role:
This role owns the company's full marketing operation — email, design, social, and web — with direct accountability for every campaign before it goes live. The Marketing Coordinator manages the process end to end, whether the work is done personally or through outsourced vendors, and answers for the quality, brand compliance, and budget of everything that ships. It's a role built for someone who wants ownership over the full marketing function, not just a slice of it.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Build and maintain the annual email marketing calendar
- Write copy, build campaigns, and manage sends through Mailchimp
- Create and optimize welcome and onboarding automation sequences
- Maintain segments, tags, and lists; report monthly on performance and deliverability
Graphic Design & Brand
- Brief, coordinate, and approve design work for Marketing, Sales, and Experience teams
- Ensure all digital and print materials meet brand guidelines and deadlines
- Manage outsourced designers while retaining ownership of final deliverables
Social Media & Website
- Publish content on schedule and manage daily engagement across social channels
- Build and grow the company's LinkedIn presence
- Maintain WhatsApp Status updates and broadcast channels
- Update landing pages, keep website content current, and monitor basic SEO and analytics
Qualifications
- Experience running email marketing campaigns, ideally in Mailchimp
- Experience managing design workflows or vendors
- Comfortable owning social media accounts and daily audience engagement
- Familiarity with basic website updates and SEO
