The analyst applies established best practices to deliver actionable insights, supports continuous improvement efforts, and upholds company values through ethical conduct and effective communication. About the team:
The team advances Seller Marketplace operations by creating AI-driven tools that enhance escalation speed and case management accuracy. Collaborating across functions, members focus on operational excellence through data analysis, process improvement, and innovative solutions. They manage projects, optimize workflows, and support business goals with accountability and clear communication. This dynamic environment encourages continuous improvement to meet evolving marketplace demands while upholding high operational standards. Team members utilize expertise in analytics, project management, and business processes to deliver meaningful results aligned with organizational objectives.
What you'll do:
•Support small projects by conducting preliminary data analysis and solving routine problems using established methods.
•Collaborate with team members to gather, prepare, and analyze datasets for business insights and executive presentations.
•Assist in developing and testing models, prototypes, and proofs of concept to enhance analytics capabilities.
•Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to identify business needs and implement effective solutions.
•Apply best practices to monitor progress, recognize improvement opportunities, and adapt to changing priorities.
•Contribute to a positive team environment through feedback, mentoring, and effective communication.
What you'll bring:
•Proficiency in advanced analytics and data analysis techniques to support business decision-making.
•Strong experience with SQL programming for data extraction and manipulation.
•Ability to develop and apply models using established best practices to identify trends and insights.
•Skilled in data visualization and dashboard creation to communicate business metrics effectively.
•Experience collaborating across teams and managing project components to meet objectives.
•Aptitude for gathering and preparing datasets for executive-level presentations.
•Demonstrated capability in project planning and business process understanding to support continuous improvement.
•Experience in fraud prevention, risk operations, trust & safety, or related domains is a plus.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $80,168.40 - $132,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
