Job Description:

Supporting the Disney Advertising organization, the Data Science & Analytics team uses audience, campaign, and consumer data to develop insights that strengthen advertising solutions. The team creates and optimizes audience segments, explores opportunities to expand audience reach across Disney platforms, and evaluates performance to help refine data-informed approaches. 

The Coordinator, Advertiser Insights supports the development, organization, and delivery of audience and business insights for Disney Advertising. Working under the guidance of senior team members, this role gathers and validates data, maintains recurring reports and dashboards, assists with analyses, and helps translate findings into clear materials for internal stakeholders. The Coordinator will bring intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to work that helps the team deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Reporting and data support 

  • Compile, clean, validate, and organize data from approved internal and external sources for recurring analyses and business requests

  • Maintain standard reports, trackers, dashboards, and documentation; flag data quality issues or unexpected results for review

  • Assist with quality assurance to support accurate and consistent deliverables

Audience and advertiser insights 

  • Conduct initial analyses of audience behavior, campaign performance, and marketplace trends using established methods and tools

  • Support the identification of audience characteristics and patterns that can inform segmentation, positioning, and advertising solutions

  • Summarize findings and contribute charts, tables, and written takeaways for presentations and recaps

Stakeholder and project coordination 

  • Partner with team members to clarify requests, gather inputs, track milestones, and support timely completion of analytics deliverables

  • Coordinate materials and follow-up items for meetings with Sales and other cross-functional partners

  • Maintain organized project files, process documentation, and shared resources

Tools, process, and team support 

  • Help update self-service reporting resources and user guidance for internal teams

  • Follow established analytical, privacy, and data-governance practices

  • Contribute ideas that improve recurring workflows, reporting consistency, and team efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Experience through employment, internship, coursework, or projects involving data analysis, reporting, advertising, media, research, or business insights

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including organizing data and creating clear tables, charts, and presentations

  • Ability to work with quantitative information, follow established analytical methods, and produce accurate work with strong attention to detail

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize findings for business audiences

  • Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment

  • Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and willingness to learn new tools, datasets, and advertising concepts

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Looker, or another data-querying or visualization tool

  • Interest in digital advertising, media, audience insights, consumer behavior, or measurement

  • Exposure to large datasets, cloud data environments, or customer and campaign data

Required Education

  • BA/BS Preferred

The pay rate for this position in New York, NY is $83,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
