About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy, vision, and overall performance.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can build a clear marketing roadmap, establish priorities and budgets, measure ROI, and turn performance data into actionable decisions.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team and guide the execution of an existing marketing function, ensuring that day-to-day initiatives are aligned with the company’s broader growth strategy.
The ideal candidate understands how to market a high-end, high-touch professional service and knows how to create a polished and consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and own the overall marketing strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- Establish marketing priorities, goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
- Build and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources based on expected impact and ROI.
- Analyze marketing performance and use data to continuously refine the strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities across both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Develop strategies to reach prospective customers as well as HR professionals and other business decision-makers.
- Guide and manage the current marketing executor, providing clear direction, priorities, and feedback.
- Ensure brand messaging and positioning remain consistent, professional, and aligned with a premium positioning.
- Evaluate existing marketing channels, campaigns, and initiatives to determine what should be scaled, improved, or discontinued.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to connect marketing initiatives with broader business and revenue goals.
- Stay current on market trends, customer behavior, and emerging marketing opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–12 years of marketing experience, including significant experience in strategy, growth, or marketing leadership.
- Proven experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect marketing activities with measurable business results.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
- Strong understanding of both B2C and B2B marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically while providing clear direction to execution-focused team members.
- Strong leadership, organization, and project management skills.
- A polished, professional communication style and a strong understanding of brand positioning.
Preferred Background
Experience within a high-touch, premium service environment is strongly preferred. Relevant industries may include:
- Luxury hospitality
- High-end retail
- Premium professional services
- Financial services
- Real estate
- Healthcare
- Consulting
- Other customer-centric, high-value service industries
Legal industry experience is not required. We’re primarily looking for someone who understands how to build, position, and market a premium service brand.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means bringing structure and strategic direction to the company’s marketing efforts. Within the first few months, you should be able to establish a clear marketing roadmap and strategic priorities, create a framework for measuring performance and ROI, identify the highest-impact channels and growth opportunities, improve alignment between strategy and execution, and help build a scalable marketing function that supports long-term growth.
