The position of driver/porter at The Leonardo Inn Hotel Aberdeen Airport has become available. Your main responsibility will be to provide a professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests by assisting with luggage, transporting guests safely where required, maintaining hotel presentation standards, and supporting the Front Office team with daily operational duties.
Driving Duties
Safely transport guests to airport and heliports using the hotel vehicle.
Ensure all driving is carried out in accordance with road traffic regulations and company policies.
Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and fuelled.
Porter Duties
Assist with handling, storing, and delivering guest luggage.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of public areas, entrances, and luggage storage areas.
The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care. We are looking for someone with a vibrant personality, who can communicate well with others, take a pro-active approach to daily tasks, and is able to pay close attention to detail. Most of all, we need someone who will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience of working in a four star hotel is desirable but full training is provided.
