Join Veritas, a Business of Oliver Wyman specializing in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM), as a Senior Consultant with 3–7 years of experience in Enuit ENTRADE, spanning application support, development, implementation, integration, or enhancement. The ideal candidate will combine strong C#/.NET and SQL capability with a practical understanding of energy and commodity-trading processes and the ability to lead resolution of complex application and integration issues.

In this role, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams to help energy and commodity trading organizations solve complex business and technology challenges, shaping scalable solutions across trading, risk, operations, data, and technology. You Bring:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technology, Business Management, Finance, or related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

• 3-7 years of relevant professional experience in ETRM/CTRM application development, technical consulting, implementation, integration, customization, or application support.

• Hands-on working experience with Enuit’s ENTRADE platform in an implementation, development, enhancement, integration, or production-support capacity.

• Experience working in energy, commodities, trading, risk management, or related technology environments.

Consulting Skills

• Strong consulting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous issues, identify root causes, and drive practical resolution across business and technology teams.

• Ability to build trusted client relationships and lead day-to-day discussions with business users, support teams, and technical stakeholders during incidents, enhancements, releases, and service reviews.

• Experience operating within structured ITIL-based application-support frameworks, including incident, problem, change, request, release, and knowledge management.

• Ability to lead complex production incidents and recurring-problem investigations, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing escalations, and driving issues through permanent resolution.

• Strong ownership and delivery discipline, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain momentum in high-pressure support environments, and provide clear status, risk, and decision communication.

Functional Knowledge

• Strong understanding of end-to-end ETRM business processes across trade capture, positions, valuation, P&L, risk, scheduling/logistics, settlements, invoicing, and accounting, with the ability to assess downstream business impact when production issues occur.

• Experience leading production support activities across ENTRADE, including triage, root-cause analysis, reconciliation, data correction, batch/interface failure analysis, defect resolution, and restoration of service.

• Experience owning controlled production changes and releases, including impact assessment, test planning, deployment validation, rollback planning, post-release verification, and production-readiness checks.

• Experience operating and improving support controls and service standards, including SLAs/OLAs, severity classification, escalation paths, runbooks, monitoring, recurring-issue analysis, and knowledge management.

• Ability to identify recurring operational issues and convert them into permanent fixes or service improvements, including automation, monitoring enhancements, process changes, and technical remediation.

• Strong hands-on experience with Enuit ENTRADE across implementation, enhancement, integration, customization, and production support.

• Strong understanding of ENTRADE functional modules, workflows, application architecture, data structures, interfaces, and extension points.

• Ability to diagnose complex issues across ENTRADE configuration, custom code, data, interfaces, batch processing, reports, and connected upstream/downstream applications.

• Experience designing and implementing controlled ENTRADE enhancements, including configuration changes, technical extensions, integrations, reports, and workflow improvements.

• Ability to review ENTRADE solution designs and technical approaches, challenge proposed fixes where required, and ensure changes are supportable, testable, and production ready.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on C#/.NET development experience, with the ability to troubleshoot, debug, enhance, and review custom ENTRADE components and technical extensions.

• Strong SQL and relational database capability, including complex querying, stored procedures, data modelling, reconciliation, performance investigation, and analysis of application/data issues across ETRM workflows.

• Strong experience with application integration and support, including REST APIs, web services, batch interfaces, file-based integrations, data migration, interface monitoring, and failure recovery.

• Experience designing and implementing fixes and enhancements across ETRM applications, including configuration, custom development, technical extensions, defect resolution, and production issue of remediation.

• Working knowledge of source control, CI/CD, automated testing, release management, and deployment practices, with the ability to review technical designs, coordinate controlled deployments, and support post-release stabilization.
