Job Description:

Der/Die Manager Medical Operational Excellence ist verantwortlich für die Leitung und Durchsetzung der Medical & Scientific Affairs Excellence-Initiativen. Er/Sie sorgt für die Abstimmung mit allen Stakeholdern, identifiziert Hindernisse, die die Implementierung der Initiaitiven betreffen, und arbeitet eng mit dem Medical Leadership Team zusammen. Zudem verantwortet er/sie die Entwicklung von Materialien und die Weiterbildung der beteiligten Mitarbeiter:innen, um den Erfolg der Initiativen sicherzustellen. Diese Rolle übernimmt explizit das Thema ´MAF Field Force Enablement´ (MSL-Steuerung) und unterstützt damit direkt lokal die MSL-Teamleads/Therapeutic Area Directors und den VP Medical Affairs und Director Medical & Regulatory Excellence in der Interaction mit ESO/Global.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€93,500.00 - €149,845.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
