  • Work alongside experienced credit officers and relationship managers who will guide your growth.

  • Gain firsthand exposure to the Relationship Management function by supporting client interactions, understanding strategic account planning, and observing how relationship managers drive client success.

  • Participate in ongoing product training to gain a working knowledge of the broader Bank and key cross-sell functions connected to ICG.

Structured Career Path: After the first year in the Portfolio and Relationship Management Development Program, participants are strategically placed into either Credit Analyst or Relationship Management Analyst roles, allowing for focused development aligned with individual strengths and career aspirations.

  • Credit Analyst: Collaborates with Portfolio Managers to evaluate financial performance, assess credit risk, and deliver insights that guide sound lending decisions and strengthen the bank’s portfolio.

  • Relationship Management Analyst: Supports Relationship Managers and business development efforts by coordinating solutions and identifying product offerings for the bank’s clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statement spreads, quarterly trend analyses, monitoring reports, and covenant tests in accordance with bank standards and credit policy.

  • Conduct research and reporting using internal and external platforms to identify sector trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Analyze financial disclosures to support credit assessments and client evaluations.

  • Monitor client risk profiles and contribute to internal assessments that inform credit decisions and product delivery.

  • Support Portfolio Managers in preparing and presenting credit requests and sector reviews.

  • Maintain compliance databases tracking financial reporting requirements, credit agreement terms, and key credit metrics.

  • Assist Relationship Managers and Coverage Bankers with industry research, marketing materials, and client outreach strategies.

  • Prepare client-facing materials including pitch books, briefing memos, and financial analyses.

  • Maintain internal reporting tools such as pipeline trackers and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

  • Build technical and business acumen through structured training, mentorship, and peer engagement.
