Description

Senior Creative Producer

Our Company

Empowering everyone to create.

Adobe empowers everyone, everywhere to imagine, create, and bring any digital experience to life. From creators and students to small businesses, global enterprises, and nonprofit organizations, customers choose Adobe products to create, collaborate, grow their businesses, and build remarkable experiences.

We're looking for curious, ambitious makers who want to help define world-class creativity in this new era. We believe the craft is more essential than ever while AI should help people create more, explore more, and unlock new possibilities while keeping creators at the center of the creative process.

Adobe is amplifying human ingenuity with AI.

Our Team

Adobe Creative is Adobe’s in-house brand-creative engine, developing the ideas, campaigns, and assets that power Adobe’s brand and business. We are part of the broader Content & Creative (“C&C”) organization. We work alongside Adobe Content, which focuses on publishing and audience development through owned, earned, and partner channels; an Experiences team, which oversees Adobe’s real-world moments; and shared service teams spanning Video, Talent, Partnerships, and Production.

Together, C&C commissions and produces work while equipping teams across Adobe’s Global Marketing Organization and the company to create, adapt, and distribute high-quality work with greater speed and consistency.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Creative Producer who will manage large scale campaigns across a pod, overseeing multiple workstreams and coordinate with a wide team of internal collaborators.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex creative campaigns and high volume work. They are energized by improving the production workflow itself, not just the individual outputs.

You will partner closely with the Director of Production and Executive Producer on capacity planning, vendor governance, and workflow architecture across Adobe's portfolio, translating Adobe Creative production standards into practice for your team.

What You’ll Do

  • Work inside a fast-paced team, leading all aspects of the creation of assets that will launch at a global scale.

  • Own creative campaign lifecycle from end to end: project intake, creating timelines, creative reviews and approvals, and cross-functional coordination across every stage of creative development.

  • Support the creative team by prioritizing tasks, tracking feedback, and mitigating roadblocks to keep the team moving.

  • Act as the bridge between internal teams and agencies, communicating details clearly throughout the production process so everyone stays aligned from briefing to delivery.

  • Maintain a view of all active and incoming projects in your group. Collaborate with your EP and Director of Production to identify risks, dependencies, and resourcing gaps proactively.

  • Bring an AI-first lens to production processes to streamline process and enable faster iteration.

What You Need to Succeed

  • You have strong project management skills with deep, hands-on production experience of creative assets.

  • 7+ years of experience as a producer or program manager driving creative deliverables, ideally in a fast-paced brand, agency, studio, or product-led creative environment.

  • Hands-on experience delivering a high volume of assets across a range of content formats and channels: video, 3D, digital, and print.

  • Skilled at managing multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and competing priorities across high-profile workstreams.

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to identify critical paths and dependencies to drive projects forward and ensure quality execution.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Comfortable interfacing with executive collaborators and working with teams across various functions.
