As PDE Post Elect Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for
1\. Collaborating to provide and improve manufacturing capability,
2\. Managing the execution of global business processes,
3\. Leveraging world-wide resources to deliver industry benchmark methods in your area(s) of responsibility across manufacturing sites.
4\. Execute this by focusing on manufacturing key focus areas and ensure priorities are aligned to Micron business plan and/ or Strategic Objective requirements.
5\. Leverage global internal and external resources to define and enable equipment roadmaps, execute business processes,
6\. Drive network equipment alignment to achieve world-class manufacturing performance. Examples include leveraging suppliers to achieve benchmark manufacturing performance, discovery and implementation of equipment and safety, best known methods (BKM), equipment utilization optimization, through-put optimization, cash cost spend optimization, and continuous improvement project prioritization and execution to project timelines.
7. This position requires interfacing with various department such as R&D, Capacity & IE, Manufacturing, Facilities, Procurement, Finance Team & etc. as well as interaction with equipment and materials suppliers to drive area manufacturing issues forward and establish area improvement roadmaps.
8\. Be willing and capable of effective collaboration with sites, R&D, Procurement, BE strategic planning, Quality Engineering, Business units, other BCT departments, and external suppliers to accomplish your objectives. Responsibilities and Tasks
9\. Facilitate and drive global peer groups to ensure alignment on strategy and roadmap to achieve area objectives; ensure strategy and roadmap are aligned to improvement in big rock performance and ensure equipment roadmap is defined to meet those requirements; Track alignment decisions and hold accountability to those decisions in cases where sites deviate from the roadmap/ path.
10\. Interface with R&D on future technology requirements and model of record requirements to ensure manufacturing roadmap is aligned with the forward technology path; work with R&D on supplier engagement to ensure resources are aligned to meet Micron strategic objectives.
11\. Interface with procurement global supplier account managers to ensure technical requirements feed into procurement strategies for suppliers. - Interface with corporate EHSS and site Process Hazard Analysis engineers to ensure process safety requirements are met.
12\. Manage your network to meet the expectations of PDE programs and business processes and adhere to the standards required by those programs and processes.
13\. Tool Owner for Post-E tools assigned like Laser mark, Mcure oven, Scanner, LPA, FLVI and so on. This cover HBM and non-HBM production. Only some tools will be assigned.
14\. CST Lead/Co-Lead for Post-E tools
15\. AI (LLM) capable for work efficiency enhancement.
