- Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting, progress reporting, action items, risk management updates, etc.
- Experience working alongside project managers to provide updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables
- Experience in business analysis and interactions, maintaining communication with end users/clients.
- Experience coordinating and tracking user acceptance testing activities

Responsibilities: Provide assistance to project managers and project team, in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components.
General Skills: 70%
- Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting, progress reporting, action items, risk management updates, etc.
- Experience working alongside project managers to provide updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables
- Experience in business analysis and interactions, maintaining communication with end users/clients.

- Maintaining high level requirements and documentation.
- Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting project managers and critical projects.
- Experience developing project status reports and maintaining and monitoring status reporting logs
- Experience scheduling meetings
- Experience monitoring project document repository and ensuring all documents are reviewed and maintained in the repository
Desirable Skills: 30%
- Demonstrated excellent project management software skills and experience e.g. MS Project, Planview, etc.
- Understanding of basic Project Management concepts (e.g. project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, planning, cost and quality management)
- Use of AI to assist project artifacts
- Experience creating and presenting using powerpoint or alternative
