The role
We're looking for a CASA Business Analyst to help improve and support core banking processes using Oracle Flexcube. You'll work with business and technology teams to enhance savings and current account products, customer onboarding, and digital banking experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements for savings and current account products.
- Analyze customer onboarding, KYC, account servicing, and transaction processes.
- Configure and validate Oracle Flexcube modules.
- Work with teams supporting Lending, Trade Finance, and Treasury systems.
- Create process documentation and functional specifications.
- Support system testing and implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, FATCA, and other banking regulations.
What we're looking for:
- 5-12 years of experience in core banking, business analysis, or deposit operations.
- Experience with Oracle Flexcube is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of CASA products, customer onboarding, and KYC processes.
- Experience gathering requirements and conducting UAT.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or SDLC delivery methodologies.
