Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Type - Contract
We are seeking an experienced Manager – HR Projects to lead strategic HR transformation initiatives within our Global Employee Services (GES) organization. This role will bridge HR strategy and operational execution by managing complex, global projects such as process improvements, system implementations, organizational changes, and shared services transformation. The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders, drive project governance, and ensure seamless delivery of people-focused initiatives that enhance efficiency, employee experience, and business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of project objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.
- Engage and manage key stakeholders, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and successful project outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing project changes and escalations proactively.
- Lead project governance meetings, provide status updates, and drive strategic decision-making with leadership teams.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery through strong documentation, process adherence, and continuous improvement practices.

You bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within HR, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services environments.
- Strong expertise in managing large-scale HR transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change projects.
- Proven experience working with global and virtual teams across multiple regions and cultures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and technology-enabled HR solutions.
