Job Description Summary
The Product Specialist is responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies, managing marketing projects, conducting market analysis, and supporting business growth through the effective promotion of Sandoz products.Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies for assigned products (OTC and Rx).
Plan, launch, and monitor marketing activities and campaigns.
Create media concepts, promotional materials, and marketing projects.
Collaborate with advertising agencies and manage media planning activities.
Conduct market research and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
Develop training materials and educate internal stakeholders on product features and benefits.
Manage the product lifecycle and support the achievement of brand business objectives.
Key performance indicators:
Market share & market share growth.
Performance management and employee relations, feedback, meetings, surveys (i.e. Field Force, Marketing capabilities, Global Marketing, Medical Department, Regulatory Department) -Ensure full compliance to all regulatory requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.
Additional education in Marketing or an MBA would be an advantage.
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Specialist, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of brand planning, forecasting, product lifecycle management, and budgeting.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and channels.
Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1) or higher.
