A Glimpse into Your New Role
As a Team Manager, you will lead your team to success. A typical day could include:
Subject matter expert for all account payable processes.
Escalation and Issue resolution
Provide leadership to staff around prioritization of tasks and responsibilities while also driving process improvements.
Actively participate and provide input to organizational objectives and projects which impact the AP function
Develop and maintain system documentation for all AP functions.
Oversees reports regarding cash flow; ensures correct payments are made in a timely manner.
Reconciles accounts payable total and general ledger with other applicable records (e.g., subsidiary vendors ledger).
Ensure execution of responsibilities aligns with established month end close deadlines
Assist with both internal and external audit
Ensure that PEAMs are served to all staff.
Develop, drive and report on team KPIs
Coordinate with all departments within the company to meet campaign needs.
Facilitate performance reviews, development plans, and coaching sessions for all team members.
What You’ll Bring
Required Skills & Competencies:
Tertiary qualification in Accounting
D365 experience Preferred
Process migration or transition experience
AP End to End Experience
Multinational Experience
Performance management (including coaching)
Escalation handling (Issue resolution)
BPO/Shared service Experience
Excel Skills
Process Improvement
Experience working with Australian company financials is preferred but not essential
High degree of computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
