Responsibilities
- Monitor and prioritize equipment repairs to verify progress and to determine if escalation is required
- Communicate to the shift technicians, manufacturing , and EEs tool repair status and priority changes
- Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with applicable procedures and auditing for compliance
- Supervises the activities of direct reports with responsibility for results
- Responsible for auditing and maintaining timekeeping, documenting attendance issues, and taking action as required
- Writing performance reviews
- Responsible for all work being performed safely and completing Global Incident Reports
- Responsible that all hazardous and standard materials handling is performed in compliance with EHS and OSHA requirements
- Responsible for MES, AMMS, QB, SPC data entries, Materials sign out, etc.
- Managing Equipment Maintenance and Lumentum training and certification program
- Manage Calibration, ESD, and 5S programs
- Support ERT and MERT safety programs
- Monitoring and reporting Department Safety compliance
Requirements:
- Education – Bachelor degree, Military, or industry equivalent professional experience
- Must be able to act and make critical decisions independently.
- Must be hands-on leader that can actively assist with repairs and trouble shooting.
- Possess the technical skills required to provide leadership and direction to a maintenance staff.
- Ability to work on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to project a positive, professional and customer-responsive image.
- Requires an excellent understanding of Wafer Fab equipment and processes.
- Ability to evaluate workload and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively on a technical level and across organizational lines.
- Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to work with little or no direction
- Excellent verbal and written skills - requires the ability to communicate with others on the telephone and in one-on-one or group discussions, meetings and presentations.
- Strong mechanical / electrical aptitude and understanding of wafer fab equipment
- Supplied Air Respirator certification
- Requires proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Pay Range:
P40-USA-1 :$87,550.00 - $125,050.00Disclaimer:
