Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
- Design high-quality posts, reels, and stories using Canva or similar design tools.
- Appear on camera to create promotional and educational content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Launch and manage basic Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the company's online presence.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Strong knowledge of Canva or similar design software.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for videos and reels.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and running basic Facebook / Instagram ad campaigns.
- Understanding of current social media trends and short-form video content.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
