Responsibilities

• Responsible for guiding and implementing occupational, health, and environmental programmes.
• Works in close conjunction with EHS Manager and Line managers, reports reports to EHS Manager.
• Manage EHS operations to achieve the set goals. EHS compliance – trainings, coaching, medicals suvalliance , toolbox talks,
• Manage, Updated and implemented SHE procedures, Manage Investigated and reported SHE incidents
• Manage internal & assisted external SHE audits
• Managed compliance requirements with local authorities.
• Conduct Risk Asessment
• Compiling and Capturing on EHS monthly stats.
• IOD Management
• Drive the SHE committee agenda
• Facilitate external and Internal Trainings
• Update all EHS trackers.
• Implementation GEHSMS standards.
• Fleet Safety- coaching, transgressions and violations
• Incident Investigation

• Contructor Management- Verification of ShE File, On site Management of Contractors

Qualifications

• Mininum Qualification, Diploma or Degree
• 3-5 years relevant experience within the manufacturing environment.   
• Risk Assessment ( HIRA)
• Computer skills.                             
• Business planning skills.                                                                                                                    
• Vendor management skills.
•  SAMTRAC and Incident Investigation
