About Our Client:
Our client helps businesses streamline their operations through bookkeeping, reporting, administrative, and back-office support services.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a confident, professional, and results-driven individual to identify off-market commercial real estate opportunities by contacting property owners throughout the United States. The primary focus of this role is generating qualified acquisition leads for gas station.
What you'll do
Make outbound calls to owners of gas stations and commercial properties.
Introduce Luna Fuels and discuss potential sale opportunities.
Build relationships with property owners and decision-makers.
Qualify owners based on interest, timeline, pricing expectations, and property
details.
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the acquisitions team.
Maintain accurate lead information and call notes in Microsoft Excel.
Follow up with existing prospects and maintain ongoing communication.
Meet daily and weekly outbound call and lead generation goals.
Key Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong English speaking ability with a neutral accent.
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Ability to build rapport and professionally overcome objections.
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable using CRM software, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Experience Required
1+ year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or a related sales role. Commercial real estate or B2B sales experience is a plus but not required
