- Understand local job boards, hiring cycles, and have our openings posted for each season across Indeed, Handshake, LinkedIn, and local boards.
- Screen inbound applications and run 15 minute intro calls.
- Track candidates through our hiring pipeline and keep everything organized.
- Build relationships with local college career centers and coaching networks.
- Write short, warm outreach messages to potential candidates.
- Report weekly on pipeline health (applicants in, calls booked, warm leads to leadership).
- You are currently enrolled in a college or university program (college credit preferred).
- You are studying HR, business, communications, psychology, education, or a related field.
- You genuinely enjoy talking to new people.
- You are organized, follow through, and communicate clearly in writing.

- You care about kids and the adults who serve them.
- College credit for an accredited internship experience.
- Real recruiting reps you cannot get anywhere else at your career stage.
- Portfolio evidence of building and running a hiring pipeline for an active business.
- Mentorship from experienced leadership.
- Flexible hours around your class schedule.
- A letter of recommendation for standout contributors.
- The satisfaction of knowing the coaches you hire are shaping thousands of kids.
- Real networking relationships.
- College credit.
- 6 to 12 hours per week, flexible scheduling.
- Local (Treasure Valley) preferred, remote considered.
- Start date flexible.
- Free or reduced program rates for intern's family.
- Stipend available, commensurate with experience and contribution.
- Your college and major.
- Whether you can receive college credit.
- A time you had to evaluate someone's character quickly and what you noticed.
- Why this role interests you specifically.
- Why you would stand out in this role.
- What is the most important thing in your life.
