LITERACY CENTER RECEPTIONIST - 4693 W Wrigley Dr. - Holbrook Farms Area

PAY RANGE: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

SCHEDULE: 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm: Monday - Thursday

DEPARTMENT: Satellite Literacy Center

JOB SUMMARY

Applicants for receptionist would be responsible for:

• Answering phone calls and greeting visitors and students with a pleasant demeanor
• Basic computer skills
• Communication with parents
• Maintaining records on the computer

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School graduate with previous receptionist experience (1 to 2 years)
• Previous experience working in an environment with children
• Ability to provide good customer service
• Ability to perform a variety of responsibilities with minimum supervision and multitask
• Able to use a computer for general office work (Word, Excel, Email etc.)
• Spanish speaker (preferred, but not required)
• We need a responsible, mature, & organized person to commit and stay long term.

Employment in this position is conditional upon passing a pre-employment background and drug test.
