About the Role
As a Executive Assistant, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience,
helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not
limited to:
- Perform secretarial support to Partners and Directors level.
- Manage calendars and set up meetings.
- Responsible in providing client support to core consulting GTMs.
- WIP and timesheet monitoring and reporting for core consulting.
- Accounts receivable monitoring and reporting.
- Health survey and Covid-19 monitoring for core consulting.
- Monitor and review offboarding process compliance.
- Monitor clearance progress.
About you
- College degree graduate in Business Administration or other related courses.
- At least 5 – 8 years’ experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support.
- Must be comfortable working with the top-level management.
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office and Google suite tools.
- Can meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- Outstanding organizational and management skills.
- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Good in problem solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
- Open to work in Makati City, hybrid setup (at least 2x a week, might change depending on the need of the business)
