Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)
£55,000–£60,000 per year | 40 Hours per Week

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager to oversee two small, well-established services providing specialist support for adults living with complex needs and mental health conditions.
Leading both a nursing home and a residential home, you'll play an important role in creating environments where residents receive exceptional, person-centred care and colleagues feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. Working across both services, you'll provide strategic direction while remaining visible and approachable, ensuring each home continues to deliver the highest standards of care, compliance, and clinical excellence.
