Schedule: PRN (Per Diem / As Needed)

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our PRN therapy team.

Primary Duties Include:
Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide direct occupational therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards
Monitor resident progress and communicate updates or changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Accurately document treatments, responses, and progress notes
Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and safety strategies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, including equipment upkeep
Qualifications
Current and active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required
