Site Admin - Offshore

Are you an organized and proactive professional with experience in offshore operations? Join our team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day site administration and project coordination.

Location: UAE (Offshore)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily administrative activities for offshore operations.
• Maintain employee records, leave rotation trackers, and project master registers.
•  Update internal databases and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with employees, project leads, travel desk, transport, and facilities departments.
• Monitor employee compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
• Manage PPE distribution and maintain related records.
• Handle employee inquiries and maintain complaint logs.
• Support HSE activities and ensure proper use of PPE on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma (HR qualification is an advantage).
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in offshore or oil & gas operations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is an advantage.
