What You'll Do:
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain top sales talent.
- Lead multiple sales offices while creating a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Coach managers and producers to consistently exceed production goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue, profitability, and customer retention.
- Implement proven sales systems, operational processes, and performance standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use data to improve results.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, office visits, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive company initiatives and long term growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with company standards.
Training and Leadership Development:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of advanced sales experience with a proven history of exceeding goals.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience involving coaching, mentoring, training, or managing sales professionals.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop people and improve team performance.
- Experience implementing systems, processes, and accountability.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Highly organized with exceptional discipline, professionalism, and ownership.
- Auto insurance experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $5,000 to $6,000 per month.
- Plus monthly commissions and aggressive performance bonuses.
